How Kate Spoils Husband William On His Birthday?
Today it is a special day for Prince William! It’s his birthday. The Duke of Cambridge celebrates today his 36th birthday.
The royal family usually tries to keep celebrations private and small. But, Kate must have a few good party ideas on her mind to make William’s day even more special.
Kate has been known to throw lavish parties in honor of William’s birthday. She was reported to have arranged an “Arabian Nights” themed party for the Prince’s 24th birthday party at the Prince of Wales’s Highgrove home.
Also for his 27th birthday, the Prince and Kate marked it by taking a romantic weekend break together in Fowey, Cornwall. They were together with several friends.
Since the birth of his children, William has celebrated his birthday with his family.
Last year he celebrated his 35th birthday privately, surrounded by loved ones.
Palace Insiders told Hello! he was with the Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte.
Together they “tucked into a birthday cake and a meal.”
This year is William’s first birthday celebration with the third baby, Prince Louis.
Apparently, Kate and William love receiving handmade gifts from their two eldest children. So, most probably Kate could have had her babies craft a special gift for their daddy’s birthday.
This year Prince William won’t be taking a break to celebrate his birthday. The father-of-three will remain committed to his Royal duties. He is spending his birthday opening a new rehabilitation center for injured service personnel.
Prince William was born on June 21, 1982, at precisely 9.03pm on at St Mary’s Hospital in London.
Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s firstborn was then christened Prince William Arthur Philip Louis on August 4 by the Archbishop of Canterbury in the Music Room at Buckingham Palace.
The day also fell on Queen Elizabeth’s 82nd birthday.
Prince William has had many memorable birthdays as a youngster.
And there was a particularly funny incident on his 13th birthday. His mom Diana surprised him with a very unique cake.
Darren McGrady, Diana’s former head chef recalled a cheeky surprise in hilarious detail.
“I came into work that morning and went down to the refrigerator, opened the door and I was just confronted with the biggest pair of boobs I’ve ever seen in my life,” he said. “The Princess had ordered a boobs cake for William’s 13th birthday. I wish I’d taken a photograph of it! I didn’t know anything about it, I just thought, ‘Oh my gosh.’ I asked the butler, ‘What on earth is this?’ and he said the Princess had ordered it for William’s birthday,”
He added: “The Princess loved embarrassing people in the nicest way, in a fun way, whether it was telling a dirty, risqué joke – which usually got me. William just went bright-red.”
