What is Jennifer Lopez’s Beauty Secret? There Are Good News And Bad News!

At last, Jennifer Lopez has revealed how she’s managed to age so bleepin gracefully—looking virtually no different today than she did when she was a blushing young Fly Girl.

The “I ain’t your mama” singer, accomplishes her glowing skin and physique using a few tricks. The first one is simple one that we can all start doing. Her other tips require a bit more willpower.

So the question is, what is her super easy beauty weapon? It’s “being nice.” Well isn’t that nice?

“I always used to hear this saying, until you’re about 25 or 30, you get the face God gave you,” she told Today. “After that, you get the face you deserve. And I always kind of thought, well I better be nice.”

She adds,”I never took sun when I was younger. I wasn’t a drinker, I didn’t smoke. But I feel like at the core, it’s like how you feel inside and who you are inside kind of shows on your face.”

To bring her point home, J.Lo told Us Weekly, “I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.”

Wait a second? No coffee?
About food, J.Lo shares “We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, broccoli and kale.” Yep, sounds about right.

Lopez shares that she mediates 20 minutes a day. Moreover she tries to get 10 hours of sleep. Lopez’s daily routine kicks off with a moment of calm. “I try to always to get as much sleep as I can so that I can start the day well rested and do my morning meditation and affirmations,” she says.

However her busy schedule, her 7-year-old twins, Max and Emme, Shades of Blue, and a Las Vegas residency, we are unsure that is is possible.

“It’s no secret that I love dancing, so it doesn’t even feel like exercise to me. I freestyle dance with Tracy Anderson five times a week. We’ll incorporate light weights (3 lbs) for the arms and moves that focus on the butt and thighs and engage the core.”- Jennifer shares her another weapon.

About her flawless skin, it is not just a result of workout flush. Lopez loves “glycolic acid to get that healthy glow and clear skin. I never go to bed without taking my makeup off, [and I use] night creams to keep my skin hydrated. As for daytime, SPF is k-e-y. She faithfully uses the brand’s moisturizers with SPF “every single day. You have to protect your skin.”
