Ryan Lochte suspended for 10 months

American swimmer, Ryan Lochte, got a ten month suspension from the USA Olympic committee and the swimming federation for his false robbery scandal at the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.


Because of the suspension, the winner of 12 medals at the Olympics will miss the 2017 World Aquatics Championship in Budapest. Lochte was also left without fund from USOC and the USA swimming federation. He will also lose his 100.000 dollar bonus, won’t be able to train at the USA Olympics committees training centers. He will also have to do 20 hours of community service and won’t be a part of the USA Olympics team that will visit the White House after the Olympics in Rio.


Ryan Lochte, along with Jimmy Feigen, Jack Conger and Gunnar Bentz, made up a story how they were robbed at a gas station in Rio at the Olympics.
