See The Thank You Card Harry And Meghan Sent After Archie’s Christening

Prince Harry and Meghan just mailed out formal thank you card to everyone who congratulated them on Archie’s christening.

The thank you card has been revealed for the first time by a royal fan account on Instagram.

It featured a candid black and white photo of Harry, Meghan and their baby boy taken on the day of the christening.

The message inside read: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been overwhelmed by all the incredibly kind cards and letters they have received on the occasion of Archie’s Christening, and are so touched that you took the trouble to write as you did.

“It really was most thoughtful of you and greatly appreciated by Their Royal Highnesses who send you their very best wishes.”

The user wrote: “Wonderful thank you postcard from TRH the Duke and Duchess of Sussex thanking me for sending my good wishes to Archie for his christening.”

Archie Harrison was christened on July 6, in the private chapel at Windsor Castle, not St. George’s Chapel, where Harry and Meghan were married, as was previously rumored.

The service followed royal tradition, with Archie dressed in the same replica Honiton gown previously worn by his cousins George, Charlotte and Louis, who were not in attendance on Saturday.

Harry and Meghan chose not reveal the names of Archie’s godparents. Still, the presence of Lady Jane Fellowes and Lady Sarah McCorquodale may fuel speculation that they have been chosen for the role.

Although the christening was private, Harry and Meghan did release official photos taken by photographer Chris Allerton to commemorate the big day.

One of the photos is the same Harry and Meghan sent as a thank you card.

The second one is a group shot. Archie is photographed in his mom’s arms alongside The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, the Duchess of Cornwall, Lady Jane Fellowes, the Prince of Wales, Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland.
