The Duke and Duchess of Sussex received thousands of cards from many fans congratulating them of their wedding. And seven weeks after their big day, the newlyweds thanked them by sending a lovely card.
Harry and Meghan’s thank you card has been revealed for the first time by a royal fan account on Instagram.
The card features a features a candid black and white photo of the couple. The photo is taken by official wedding photographer Alexi Lubomirski.
The message inside read: ‘The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been overwhelmed by all the incredibly kind cards and letters they have received on the occasion of their Wedding, and are so touched that you took the trouble to write as you did.
‘It really was most thoughtful of you and greatly appreciated by Their Royal Highnesses who send you their very best wishes.’
This photo was taken immediately after the couple embarked on a procession around Windsor following their ceremony at Windsor Castle.
And just two days after the ceremony, Harry and Meghan, released three official photos. Also they thanked fans who took part in their celebrations.

Alex Lubomirski, said that the photo came very naturally and took just moments to capture.
It was just one of those magical moments, when you’re a photographer and everything falls into place,’ he explained.
‘The sun is setting right just over the top of Windsor Castle just behind them. It was just the most serene, beautiful light, they’re in love, walking around this beautiful garden.
‘I said just before you go in, let’s sit down on these stairs, and she just slumped in between his legs.
‘They were just laughing because they were joking about how they were exhausted and finally it was over.’
This is the second time the couple is sending a thank you cards. The first ones they sent were to thank fans who congratulated them on their engagement.
They posted thank you notes via Kensington Palace, saying that they were ‘incredibly touched’ by the reaction.
