But there is one small “moment” in particular that has captured the attention and excitement of royal fans, and it wasn’t even planned. While Meghan is talking to news anchor Tom Bradby about the “optimism” of people in South Africa, a reflection of Prince Harry can be seen in the window behind them. In the blink and you will miss it a moment, we can see the proud dad cradling and bouncing baby Archie, who had just successfully carried out his first-ever official engagement by meeting Archbishop Desmond Tutu. And to imagine that he is only five-months-old.

Fans went crazy with the moment and quickly took to social media to share their love, saying that is was their favourite part of the show. One wrote: “My favourite part of Harry & Meghan: An African Journey. Reflection of Harry cuddling Archie.”

Another commented: “Meghan is saying something important but I can’t keep my eyes off the duo in the left side corner…..Harry and Archie.”

Meanwhile, Meghan says: “It’s my first time in South Africa. You can talk about all the issues that are important to you and really advocate for them but then when you’re on the ground and you experience it and you’re seeing what’s happening it resonates in a different way.

“The biggest take away I’m struck by is how much optimism there is. These women and these young girls especially are really just so empowered and that’s uplifting.

“You go there and you feel it so deep inside, so it was a really strong start for our trip.”

During the documentary, Prince Harry also gets the chance to talk about the rumoured rift between him and his brother Prince William, but he only hints at him having some difficulties with his elder brother.

Tom Bradby says: “It has been a year of big change, with all the complications that bring.

“This includes the decision to split his office off from that of his brother, to whom he has always been close.”

The news presenter didn’t shy away from directly asking the Duke about the truth of the supposed rift between brothers. Harry said: “Part of this role and part of this job and this family being under the pressure that it’s under inevitably, you know, stuff happens.

“But look, we’re brothers. We’ll always be brothers.

“We’re certainly on different paths at the moment but I will always be there for him and as I know he’ll always be there for me.

“You know, we don’t see each other as much as we, as much as we used to because we’re so busy.

“But, I love him dearly and, you know, the majority of the stuff is created out of nothing.

“Just as I said, as brothers, you know, you have good days, you have bad days.”
