One such romance is between both real life and on-screen lovers Kit Harington and Rose Leslie. Fans went crazy with their incredibly sweet relationship. Even though they mostly keep things under the radar, they recently announced their engagement with an adorable post in their local newspaper.As this is the start of a new phase of their relationship, let’s see how it all started.
Leslie joined GoT in the second season as Ygritte and became the love interest of Jon Snow. The same year, rumors started going around that the two were dating due to being seen having a dinner date in London.
The pair kept close when they attended the season three premiere of their show in Seattle.
After a couple of appearances together, Harington and Leslie split, one year later according to E! News.
The costars sparked rumors of a romance yet again during their appearance at Comic-Con. Both actors looked quite friendly to each other during the show’s panel, but they were also spotted exiting LAX together. In August, a fan posted a picture on which it seemed that Harington and Leslie were holding hands at Heathrow Airport in London. During the same month, Us Weekly’s source confirmed that the pair were officially back together.
In February, the pair publicly acted all lovely and affectionate, however, they made it official when they attended the Oliver Awards in London together. In May, Kit told L’Uomo Vogue in an interview that he fell in love with Rose on the set of GoT.
Leslie was there to support her man’s opening of the play, Doctor Faustus, in London.
The couple returned to the place where they became red carpet official when they attended the 2017 Olivier Awards in London.
Rose was there to support Kit at the season seven premiere of Game of Thrones in LA.In September they adorably revealed that they were engaged through an announcement in The Times of London newspaper.
