In the early hours this morning, Prince William and Kate shared their “2019 year in review” video on their Social media accounts.
Posting to Twitter and Instagram, they wrote: “To all the fantastic organisations and inspirational people we met and worked within 2019: Thank you for a wonderful year, and see you in 2020!”

The video starts with a clip of the Cambridges joining the rest of the Royal family at Buckingham Palace for Trooping the Colour. This year Trooping the Colour marked Prince Louis’ first event in public.
It also included events like the couple attending the BAFTAs, William as a helicopter pilot, and he and Kate attending the state banquet during Donald Trump’s visit to the UK.
There is also a clip of Kate and Meghan having a great time at Wimbledon together, as well as Prince Harry and William with Sir David Attenborough at a screening at an ‘Our Planet’ at the Natural History Museum.
Of course, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis aka Boss Baby feature in the video. They are included with short videos of them playing in the garden designed by Kate at the Chelsea Flower Show; Princess Charlotte on her first day at school; and George and Charlotte’s debut at Christmas church service at St Mary’s church in Sandringham.
Royal fans were delighted with the video. One wrote: “Happy new year to your family! Thank you for everything you’ve done this year!”Another added: “You are doing a grand job. Love your focus on the early years. Keep doing what you do”.
“Fantastic! You are wonderful hard-working members of the Royal Family. I think you navigate your way through duty vs privacy with grace and ease and hope that 2020 is a great year for you all,” a third add.
