Carole Middleton Shares A Fun Halloween Activity With George, Charlotte And Louis

Carole Middleton, the mum of new Princess of Wales Kate Middleton, shared that she is ready for a Halloween tradition in a new Instagram post for her company Party Pieces.

“Halloween is an Autumn highlight for me,” said Carole. “I can still remember the fun and frights from my own childhood; the chance to dress up, decorate pumpkins and go trick-or-treating!”

She also revealed a way she plans to celebrate the holiday which includes help from her grandchildren, which include William and Kate’s Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, as well as daughter Pippa’s three children.

“I’ve even grown my own pumpkins this year, so I’m looking forward to decorating those with my loved ones,” said the grandmother of six.

This isn’t the first look we’ve gotten into Carole’s holiday traditions, having previously opened up about a Christmas tradition, a tradition of having a Christmas tree in each of her grandchildren’s rooms “so that they can decorate it themselves.”

The hardworking grandmother, Carole Middleton, did not let the coronavirus pandemic impact her holiday traditions, as she revealed in late 2020.

“For me, what really matters is that my family feels connected,” she explained. “I normally let my grandchildren help me decorate the tree. This year, I’ll ask them by video call to decide which decoration should go where. It may need to be tastefully rearranged later…!”

Back in 2019, Kate was spotted in a Norfolk supermarket by local Kathy Whittaker, Kate was joined by Prince George and Princess Charlotte picking out their Halloween costumes.

“I didn’t see what she actually bought. The lady that told me she was there had children with her, and she said Kate was asking her children what they were going to be for Halloween,” revealed Whittaker. “I think she bought some Halloween bits for her kids, but I don’t know what.”

The Prince and Princess of Wales recently moved their home base from London to Windsor, mainly for their children’s schooling, but it also means they’ll be closer to Kate’s parent in Bucklebury.

Princess Catherine “wants to emulate her upbringing, living in the countryside with a close-knit family,” a royal insider recently revealed. “She desperately wants that normality for her own kids.”
