Prince George And Princess Charlotte Spotted Riding Bikes In Hyde Park

We are used to seeing the mini royals at official engagements along with dad William and mom Kate.

But this time, George and Charlotte were spotted cycling in Hyde Park. The siblings were enjoying a day out at the park with their nanny Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo.

@cambduchess, a Twitter account posted the photo. It pictures the little kids riding their bikes. Prince George is wearing a red helmet while cycling on his blue bike. Princess Charlotte has a pink bike and a blue helmet. And it seems that the little royals already know well how to ride a bike. They were riding on two-wheeled bikes without stabilisers! Their nanny, Maria, was watching them.

Anyway, this photo of George and Charlotte was taken over a week ago. It was before the Cambridges jetted off to Mustique for their summer holiday.

Kate and William reportedly jetted off to the private island of Mustique as they were seen boarding a private plane from St. Lucia to the sunny locale with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, a royal blogger noted via Twitter. Carole and Michael, were also spotted there.

Unlike most couples, Prince William and Kate are, you know, royal. However, they desire for their kids to have as normal an upbringing as possible.

“As far as we’re concerned, within our family unit we are a normal family,” Prince William earlier told BBC.

“I love my children the same way any father does and I hope George loves me the same way any son does to his father, so we are very normal in that sense.”

Last year, The Duchess of Cambridge has revealed that Prince George and Princess Charlotte are learning to ride bikes.

Kate was attending a cycling-themed festival during her official visit to Luxembourg, where she talked to many cyclists.

She met professional cyclist Frank Schleck, who later revealed: “We talked about how [the children] really appreciate riding a bike.

“For kids, it’s great because they can exercise and – as long as it’s safe – go to school without their parents.

“She said their kids have bikes and that they’re always excited about trying to ride.”
