Meghan Markle’s First Ever Royal Present Revealed

According to reports, Meghan Markle has received her first gift after she and Harry got engaged. Prince William reportedly gave the Suits actress an apron, after he received it during his last trip to Finland. Meghan simply enjoys cooking. Even the couple revealed that Prince Harry even proposed while they were making roast chicken together.

Meghan revealed in their first TV interview after the engagement: “Just a cozy night, it was – what we were doing? Just roasting chicken… trying to roast a chicken and it was just an amazing surprise, it was so sweet and natural and very romantic. He got on one knee.” Harry and Meghan’s wedding will take place at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle in England on May 19, 2018. During a visit to Brixton in early January, the bride revealed that she was “so excited” for the big day.

When it is about the little ones, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, they received almost 90 presents in the past year. It has been said that they were given 38 gifts while on a trip to Poland and Germany. The gifts were including soft toys, toy trains, socks and a dreamcatcher. Moreover, their dad, Prince William, also received two Hobby horses for the kids during his visit to Finland.

According to an insider who spoke with the Mail Online: “Some items will be taken into the home and others stored within the Royal Household. On occasion, and where appropriate, items may be donated to organisations who can make good use of them. Their Royal Highnesses are incredibly grateful for the warm and generosity that has been extended to their children from members of the public.”
