Will Prince Harry Inspire Meghan To Be Like Princess Diana?

In a recent article, we covered that Prince Harry was preparing his girlfriend, Meghan Markle, about the rules and regulations of being a member of the royal family. Prince Harry has always praised his mother. Lady Diana, who was known for being a bit of a “rebel” had her own way of doing things.

While Princess Diana’s way of not adhering to how things are done in the Royal family have been looked down upon by other members, however, Prince Harry appreciates her style. Harry attended a summit organized by former U.S. President Barack Obama. At the summit, he stated that his mother deserved the title “the people’s princess.”

According to Prince Harry, Lady Diana rewrote the Royal rulebook. She tried to change the world for the better. She addressed issues that nobody dares to challenge, but she did.

Harry, who was only 12 years old when his mother passed away, talked about the effect the Princess of Wales had in the world. He says that her influence was actually “making a difference”,  The Daily Express reports. The Prince also added that his mother was always a role model for him.

 “I will always look up to her as my ideal role model.”

Prince Harry’s public appreciation for his mother’s ideas came after reports of his effort of helping his girlfriend Meghan Markle, adjust and learn the Royal formalities. It was also reported that the Suits actress has already met the Queen, and now the couple is awaiting the approval of Harry’s grandmother so they can take the next step in the relationship.

According to writer Katie Nicholl, Harry seems to know how difficult it might be for their LA born and raised girlfriend to adapt to the royal way of life. At the same time, he is teaching her how to address the 91-year old Queen.

Nicholl also told the New York Post that Markle has the “honor” of having to curtsy Harry’s grandmother with “Your Majesty.” She would have to call her “ma’am” thereafter. Markle, who is known to be a free-spirited person, better get ready for her life will change drastically change after entering the royal family. One might ask if she will actually be the same after getting married to Harry. But with the Prince’s admiration for the way his mother took two things, maybe he wouldn’t mind his wife doing the same.
