Palace Revealed New Prince Harry And Meghan’s Wedding Details

New wedding details have been revealed. If you plan to attend the royal fairytale wedding, you can at last stake out a spot on the route.

Kensington Palace announced that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding will begin at 12 p.m. U.K. time, or 7 a.m. EST/4 a.m. PST. We already knew the wedding date, but the timing it hasn’t been revealed till now.

The couple will exchange their vows at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. They will be officiated by the Dean of Windsor, the Right Reverend David Conner and the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, Kensington Palace added.

 

With no more than a 100 days until the royal couple says “I do,” officials shared a new round of wedding details.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will leave Windsor Castle in a carriage and parade through the High Street through the town of Windsor before they return to the castle along the Long Walk. Windsor is some 40 km (25 miles) west of central London.

“They hope this short journey will provide an opportunity for more people to come together around Windsor and to enjoy the atmosphere of this special day,” says a statement from Kensington Palace, the royal residence where Harry resides.

The reception will take place at St. George’s Hall, one of the luxurious staterooms inside the castle. The couple will then join the reception after returning from the carriage procession.

Many royal weddings had taken place at the St. George’s Chapel has been the site of many royal weddings. But when it’s about Prince Harry’s close family they were wed in London. Prince Charles and Princess Diana got married in 1981 at St. Paul’s Cathedral. Also, Prince William and Kate Middleton got married in 2011 at Westminster Abbey.

Kensington Palace announced the engagement of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in last November. In an interview with the BBC, Meghan revealed that they met in July 2016 on a blind date set up by a mutual friend.

It was only after their second date when they went on a camping trip to Botswana, where they could finally be alone.

“We were able to really have so much time just to connect,” Markle said, “and we never went longer than two weeks without seeing each other, even though we were obviously doing a long-distance relationship. We made it work.”
