Big News: Kate Middleton Is Expecting Baby Number 3
IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their third baby.

Kensington Palace confirmed the news this morning in a statement that read: “Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child.
The Queen and members of both families are delighted with the news.”
Prince William and Kate are already having Prince George and Princess Charlotte. The kids can expect a new baby brother or sister early next year.
“As with her previous two pregnancies, the duchess is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum. Her royal highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road children’s centre in London today. The duchess is being cared for at Kensington Palace.”

Kate Middleton had the same morning sickness while she was pregnant with Prince George and Princess Charlotte. During her pregnancy with Prince George, she was even hospitalized in December 2012.
The news comes only days before as four-year-old Prince George is due to start school at Thomas’s Battersea, south London on Thursday.

The bets about Prince William and Kate having a third child started when Charlotte was only nine weeks old.
After Kate received a cuddly toy designed to soothe tiny babies, on a royal tour of Poland in July 2017, she joked about having a third.
Kate turned to William and said: “We will just have to have more babies.”

Since Kate and William announced their engagement, they have talked frankly about having a family. They even saved the top of their wedding cake– it is served at the christening of a first-born as part of a long-established custom.
During a tour to Singapore in 2012, when asked how many children he would like to have, Prince William revealed “thinking about having two”.

We expect that Kate will most probably opt to have the baby at the Lindo Wing in St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington. She gave birth to Prince George and Princess Charlotte there.
Considering traditional royal names for their first two children, most likely names for the baby are Alice or Alexandra for a girl, and James or Philip for a boy.
Their third child would be fifth in line to the British throne.
