Camilla Reveals George And Charlotte Have Picked Up This Eating Habit From Her

This week, the Duchess of Cornwall made a visit to a school in Slough, where she met with the pupils from there and revealed to them a sweet detail about her and her grandchildren. Apparently they have picked up a very healthy eating habit from grandma Camilla.

“I tell you what I really like – eating peas straight from the garden”, the royal revealed her guilty snack pleasure. “If you take them straight from the pod they are delicious and really sweet.”

The Duchess added, “I take all my grandchildren down to the garden and they spend hours and hours eating peas.”

Camilla it the proud grandmother of nine wonderful grandchildren. From Prince Charles’ side she has Prince William and Kate’s three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s one-year-old son, Archie, making four.

Her other five grandchildren are from her former marriage to Andrew Parker Bowles, with whom she has two children, Tom and Laura. Her daughter Laura has three children, Eliza, 12, and twins Gus and Louis, 10, while Tom has two children, Lola, 12, and Freddy, 10.

Previously, Camilla had revealed a sweet picture taken outside in the sunshine in which she is with her grandchildren, as well as a large dog.

Camilla spends most of her time at the Highgrove royal residence with her husband Prince Charles, how is known for his passion for organic farming.

He once said, “In farming, as in gardening, I happen to believe that if you treat the land with love and respect, then it will repay you in kind.”

Duchess Kate has also spoken of her children’s eating habit and love of vegetables. While filming with Mary Berry for a TV Christmas Special, the Duchess divulged: “We’ve got carrots, beans, beetroot – a massive favourite – Louis absolutely loves beetroot.”
