Princess Diana niece, Lady Kitty Spencer married fashion tycoon Michael Lewis in a lavish ceremony in Rome on Saturday afternoon.
The daughter of Earl Charles Spencer, tied the knot to the South African-born mogul at the Villa Aldobrandini, in Frascati, in front of a host of famous friends and family.
Lady Kitty wore a spectacular Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda gown which was custom-made especially for the bride and was crafted from delicate white lace. She completed her bridal look with a sheer white veil and styled her blonde hair into a low bun.
Lady Kitty shares a close bond with her cousins Prince William and Prince Harry. And although it was reported that Prince William and Kate were expected to attend Kitty’s special day, neither of them nor Prince Harry and Meghan were in attendance.
Lady Kitty was among the guests at Westminster Abbey Prince William and Kate’s wedding in April 2011. She attended the wedding ceremony with her father, Charles Spencer and his third wife, Karen Gordon, and Lady Kitty’s siblings.
Kitty also attended Prince Harry and Meghan wearing an impeccable and unforgettable green floral gown by Dolce & Gabbana, in May 2018.
Lady Kitty Spencer and Michael Lewis’ wedding was attended by a host of celebrities and aristocrats including Viscountess Emma Weymouth and her husband Ceawlin Thynn, the Marquess of Bath; pop star Pixie Lott and her model boyfriend Oliver Cheshire; Idris Elba’s wife Sabrina; and Made In Chelsea star Mark Vandelli.
Michael’s three sons from his previous marriage to Leola Lewis were also at the ceremony.
The guests of the wedding posted photos s of the evening on Instagram, including images of the beautiful floral displays scattered around the venue and the bespoke arches framing the stage.
The night of celebration ended on a high with a stunning fireworks display. The happy couple enjoyed a champagne toast while watching the fireworks.
