Fans Spotted Cute Detail In Kate And Louis Newest Photo
Last week the Duchess of Cambridge celebrated her 38th birthday and there were lots of pictures from the day. Fans especially loved one with Kate and her youngest child, Prince Louis, in the back of a car. In it, we can see the young royal sucking his thumb-a habit that Kate has previously been seen trying to distract him from while at Trooping the Colour last year.
After seeing the photo, fans had lots of comment and praise over the young one, with one writing: “Adore Louis with his thumb in his mouth,” while another wrote: “How cute is Louis sucking his thumb?” A third added: “Love that Louis is a thumb sucker, it makes him look all the cuter!”
For her birthday, Kate Middleton was surrounded by her family, with her father and mother, Michael and Carole Middleton, were seen arriving at Kensington Palace on Thursday evening. They celebrated there in private as Prince George and Princess Charlotte were home from school. A week before she turned 38, the Duchess celebrated her birthday with friends and family at her and William’s country retreat, Anmer Hall, in Norfolk. The family of five spent most of their winter break there, with Prince William and her attending the Sunday service at St Mary Magdalene Church this week as well.
This year Prince George and Princess Charlotte made their first Christmas day walk appearance, with little Prince Louis staying at home. The last time fans got to see the youngest of the Cambridge children was in early December when he was seen in the car on the Cambridges’ way to the Queen’s annual Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace. The young royal looked cute as ever dressed in a cosy, green Christmas jumper from Kate’s go-to children’s label, Amaia Kids.
Prince Louis isn’t in the public eye very much, being still very young, but he is only on his parent’s mind as they often talk about their three children while on public engagements. During her visit to Family Action in December, Kate talked about how her youngest child is going through a new phase of wanting to be with his mom. After spotting a young boy who tried to get her attention by waving his hand in the air and shouting: “Me, me,” Kate responded: “You remind me of my little Louis, he keeps saying ‘Me, me, me,’ and he wants to come everywhere with me.”
Louis is also thought to keep his parents on their toes. During a visit to Bletchley Park in May, Kate got talking to fellow parents about their children and revealed that her little boy – who had just turned one at the time – had a mischievous side to him. She said: “I turned around the other day and he was at the top of the slide – I had no idea!”
