Jennifer Lawrence Talks About Her Ex-Boyfriend!

Jennifer Lawrence has revealed that her now ex-boyfriend  Darren Aronofsky played ‘hard to get’ for nine months as she pursued a relationship with him.

During an interview on Marc Maron’s WTF podcast on Monday, the 27-year old Oscar winner admitted that she still loves the 49-year-old film-maker, despite their relationship only lasting for two years, before it ended back in October.

Recalling their meeting over the 2017 movie Mother!, she said: ‘I was like, he’s hot… I remember I was holding my dog and I shut the door and when the door shut [after Darren left] I went, “Pippy that’s called sexual tension.” He played hard to get for like nine months, maybe longer, which just killed me.’

During the gushing interview, she admitted that she still has feelings for the director, who has an 11-year-old son with his former fiancee, Rachel Weisz.

Jennifer Lawrence continued: ‘I mean, if we count everything, like two years. I had been saying two years for so long and he was like, “It’s been like six months!” I think two years. I mean, I was in love with him for like, two years. I still love him very much.’

‘Darren’s wonderful,’ the Hunger Games star added. ‘We’re very friendly exes.’

The Dior muse then boasted that she is still friends with all of her exes-most notable examples is Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and X-Men co-star Nicolas Hoult.

‘I have a theory, I think it’s because I’m blunt,’ Jennifer said. ‘I don’t think that you can have any sort of bad relationship with anybody if you’re just blunt.

‘Everybody always knows how you feel at all times and there’s no lying. It’s just honesty. All of my boyfriends have been wonderful.’

When Marc Maron asked Jennifer if she had ever had her heart broken, she said no.

‘Um, no. Broke other stuff, I didn’t mean it like that, I meant like confidence,’ the blonde beauty claimed. ‘I mean, my heart breaks every time I go through a break-up.

‘It’s not like my heart isn’t broken. They never did anything to, like, devastated me. They’re just good people, maybe that’s the secret. I’m attracted to good people. It’s really weird.’

She also noted that she thinks she is going to be ‘devastatingly lonely’ in the next few months as she is in-as she says-in single mode.

She said in an interview published by The Mirror: ‘I am in the single mode where I am like, “Cool, I can do whatever I want and I can be alone and watch terrible TV.”

‘And then, of course, in a few months, I will be devastatingly lonely and feel like I’m on some long waiting list. But I am not there yet. People think my life must be different but it’s actually pretty normal.

‘I’ve always been a homebody and my social life has always been very boring. I sit around outside my house with my friends and drink wine, and that hasn’t really changed. I don’t like to go out.’

The three-time Golden Globe winner comment commented shortly after she blasted the rumors that she was the reason behind the unfortunate separation of her Passengers leading man Chris Pratt and his wife Anna Faris.

‘I never had an affair with Chris Pratt on Passengers. That’s a good [rumor],’ Jennifer told KISS FM UK on Monday.

‘I mean, they got a divorce like two years later and everybody was like, [shouting] “Jennifer Lawrence!” And I was like, “What the…what, I’m in Montreal two years later.”‘
