Meghan Has Unexpected Connection With Harry’s Ex Chelsy Davy

Having had a relationship with Prince Harry isn’t the only similarity that Meghan Markle and Harry’s ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy have. Because of Ms Davy’s current boyfriend.

Ms Davy is currently in a relationship with James Marshall, a 44 year old divorcee TV producer.

However, James used to be married to Elettra Widemann, an American food writer and model, who coincidentally is friends with the Duchess of Sussex.

According to some sources, the two are good friends, and have been seen together on multiple occasions. Ms Wiedemann even wrote a piece for The Tig, the lifestyle blog that Meghan used to run.

The Tig, which gets its named after Tignanello, an Italian wine that is a favorite of Meghan, was shut down in April 2017 after her relationship with Prince Harry went public.

On the blog Meghan would write for all kinds of things, from travel to shopping. And sometimes she also conducted interviews with celebrities like Serena Williams and Yara Shahidi as part of her “Tig Talks” series.

Ms Wiedemann has a prestigious background, as she is the granddaughter of Ingrid Bergman, a Swedish actress who was popular in Hollywood during the late 1930s and 1940s.

In 2012 she married James Marshall, but the marriage didnt last long, and the two separated in 2015.

Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy dated during 2004-2011. The two met in Cape Town, South Africa, where Ms Davy was studying law. The couple separated in 2011, shortly after the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Royal commentator Angela Levin, author of ‘Harry: Conversations with the Prince’, thinks the 2011 royal wedding played a role in finishing the relationship.

She said: “A friend revealed that seeing the enormity and pomp of the day convinced Chelsy that she and Harry had been right to separate.”
