Meghan Revealed What She’s Missing Most During Pregnancy
Meghan Markle, who is in the final stretch of her pregnancy, has admitted that this cold wave has left her craving for a relaxing yoga session during her trip to snowy Bristol on Friday. When they arrived in Bristol, they got the chance to meet and talk to the crowd gathered there, despite the chilly weather. In the crowd, Meghan managed to meet a fellow yoga fan.
“What kind of yoga do you do?”-Meghan asked the fan.
“It works for the mind and body, it’s so key. A nice practice would be so fantastic right now.”
The future-mom has been an advocate for yoga a long time, with her mom Doria Ragland-who is actually an instructor in Los Angeles- having a big influence on her daughter in her love for the practice.
Meghan previously told Best Health Magazine: “Yoga is my thing.
“My mum is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mummy-and-me yoga with her when I was seven.”
“I was very resistant as a kid,” Meghan added.
“But she said, ‘Flower, you will find your practice – just give it time.’ In college, I started doing it more regularly.”
According to reports, the renovations on their new home in Frogmore Cottage include a yoga studio.
During the couple’s royal tour in Australia in October, it was reported that in order to fight jet lag, Meghan would do regular morning yoga sessions at 4:30 am.
Meghan apologised for the couple’s late arrival during Friday’s visit, explaining they had “got the train down today. It was a few minutes late but we tried our best to get down here fast.”
She also said sorry to another well-wisher and said: “Sorry my hand is cold! Nice to meet you. Thank you for staying outside in this weather.”
“I hope everyone gets a nice cup of tea after this,” she added. “We are just happy to be here.”
