“William and Kate were riding their bicycles, having a laugh. They looked so happy enjoying the weather,” an onlooker told the Mirror.

“I did do a double take. They were really friendly and said hello.”

“They were keen to support our travel industry,” the source said.

The Isles hold special place in Prince William’s heart as he holidayed there as a child with Prince Charles, Princess Diana and Prince Harry in June 1989.

Prince William and Kate also visited the Islands in Septmeber 2016. They were seen visiting the Tresco Abbey Garden and boarding a boat to St Martins.

Rumors has it that the couple also flew to the Isles off the coast of Cornwall after their wedding in 2011.

It has been a short vacation for the family. They have allegedly already returned to Norfolk on Friday where they’ve spent the majority of lockdown during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Prince William is expected to return to royal duties this weekend. He will be hosting an event at Sandringham, to mark his support for the Heads Up mental health campaign, which has been renamed in honor of the drive to support mental well-being.
