See The Card William And Kate Sent To Fans After Princess Charlotte’s Birthday
William and Kate send out cards to members of the public who send cards and presents for key moments in their lives.
So, as a tradition, to those who wrote to Princess Charlotte on her third birthday on May 2 have received a card from Kate and Wills expressing their gratitude.
Royal fans received an adorable card with a photograph of Charlotte on her first day at nursery. The Duchess of Cambridge took the photo of her daughter beaming with excitement, with a tiny backpack ready for her first day.
The message, which was the same for each recipient, read: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge thank you for so kindly writing as you did to Princess Charlotte on the occasion of her third birthday. This was most thoughtful of you, and greatly appreciate by Their Royal Highnesses who you send their best wishes.”
Charlotte celebrated her birthday on 2 May, and to mark her special day. Like many children, on their special day, she was showered with love and gifts. William and Kate’s daughter goes to Willcocks Nursery School. Every child that’s enrolled at the prestigious school, for its birthday, it’s typically given a cake for the whole class to share. And the same goes for the three-year-old princess.
To mark Charlotte’s third birthday, Kensington Palace released a touching photo of the Princess kisiing her baby brother.
She was photographed in a cosy blue wool cardigan. Her big brother, Prince George, four, had worn the same one in the official portraits taken by Annie Leibovitz for the Queen’s 90th birthday.
The last time we saw Princess Charlotte was on her uncle Harry and Meghan’s wedding. And we can’t wait for her next appearance.
Fans loved when she stuck her tongue out in the car and did her royal wave on the steps of St. George’s Chapel on Saturday. And this may be the sweetest thing of all. It was revealed that she took control of the other children in the wedding party.
A royal wedding guest revealed: “She was really sweet. “There was one girl who wanted to go and she said, ‘No you can’t go yet. We have to wait until we are asked.’ She was really organized!”
We expect to see Charlotte next in public on Saturday, June 9, for the Trooping the Colour.
