2018 was certainly an exciting year for the little Princess Charlotte. Kate gave birth to her third child, so Charlotte became a bigger sister.
Charlotte was also a bridesmaid at uncle Harry and auntie Meghan’s royal wedding in May. And as always she was the star. The little girl stole the show and stole many hearts at every public event she has attended, by waving and smiling to the crowd.
However, it seems that 2019 will be even more exciting for the little girl. Little Princess will start primary school!
Last January, Princess became a member at Willcocks Nursery School in west London.
This will be a big change in Charlotte’s life. After then she’ll be having many duties and her toddler years will be over.
Prince George will be going into Year Two at primary school by the time Charlotte starts.
It is thought that she will be attending the same school as her big brother George. He goes to Thomas’s Battersea. It is the same school where the Cambridge’ cousin, Maud, goes. She is the daughter of Lord and Lady Frederick Windsor.
We can’t wait for Charlotte’s first day at school. We are sure that her parents will release an official photo to mark the special occasion.
They did the same with Prince George. They also released a photo when Charlotte started nursery and pleasantly surprised the fans.
Kate took two photos of her daughter to commemorate her first day at nursery. Charlotte was photographed wearing a red Amaia kids Razorbill coat and a pink scarf. The princess wore a matching burgundy bow in her hair and a pink backpack.
Kensington Palace wrote in a statement on her first day: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share two photographs of Princess Charlotte at Kensington Palace this morning. The images were taken by The Duchess shortly before Princess Charlotte left for her first day of the nursery at the Willcocks Nursery School.”
