Duchess Kate Delivers Personal Message On Her 40th Birthday
On Sunday, Duchess Kate thanked royal fans who wished her a happy birthday by issuing a message she penned herself. The post also featured one of the three birthday portraits taken by Paolo Roversi.
Kate wrote: “Thank you for all of your very kind birthday wishes and to Paolo and the National Portrait Gallery for these three special portraits. C.”
Fans were quick to share their comments. One said: “Beautiful inside and out. Thank you for bringing kindness and grace to this world”.
Another added: “Thank you for all your amazing work supporting the NPG and wishing you a very happy birthday!”

To mark her 40th birthday, the Palace released three new portraits of Kate taken by photographer Paolo Roversi at Kew Gardens last November.
Kate released three stunning images in honor of her birthday, and they featured the Duchess as we’ve never seen her before.
Speaking about having the opportunity to take the photos, Paolo said: “Taking the portrait of Her Royal Highness, The Duchess of Cambridge, was a true honour for me, and a moment of pure joy.
“I was moved by her warmth and friendly welcome and enchanted by her shining eyes that reflected the loveliness of her soul and her smile showing the generosity of her heart.
“It was a profound and rich experience for me, an unforgettable moment. I have met a wonderful person, a person who, with her positive energy, can bring hope to the whole world.”
