Meghan Is Pregnant! Prince Harry And Meghan Announced Pregnancy!

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expecting their first child! The couple announced they are expecting on the first day of their Royal Tour.

Kensington Palace confirmed on Monday: “Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” Kensington Palace said in a statement.

Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared the big news with their family Family at Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s wedding three days ago.

The Duchess had earlier sparked speculation about being pregnant when she arrived at Princess Eugenie’s wedding on Friday. Dressed in a navy blue Givenchy dress, her coat was unbuttoned at her stomach and some TV viewers claimed they could see a bump.

A Kensington Palace spokesman said Meghan’s mother is thrilled with the news: “Ms Ragland is very happy about this lovely news and looks forward to welcoming her first grandchild.”

This exciting news comes 5 months after Harry and Meghan tied the knot on May 19. The pair met on a blind date in July 2016, with a friend of the Suits star acting as matchmaker.

It is clear that the couple has always wanted to start a family together. Prior to their wedding in a chat with a husband-and-wife team who own Shnuggle [a company that makes innovative baby products] Meghan  said: “I am sure at one point we will need the whole thing. It’s very sweet.”

And when asked about baby plans in their first interview, Harry said: “Of course, You know, one step at a time. Hopefully we’ll start a family in the near future.”

 

Harry and Meghan’s first child will be joining the adorable cousins Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. We believe little Louis will be the perfect playmate for his new baby cousin.
