Meghan Surprised Her Makeup Artist For His Birthday During N.Y.C. Trip

Before she cheered on Serena Williams at the U.S Open, Meghan arranged a sweet birthday surprise for her BFF and makeup artist Daniel Martin.

On Saturday, Martin shared a photograph on Instagram of a plate full of multicoloured cupcakes to mark his birthday, gifted to him by Meghan.

‘I am so overwhelmed by all of your well wishes! The Dior Beauty brand ambassador wrote in the caption to the post. ‘My sincerest gratitude!! Thanks to everyone for reaching out to me today.

‘Meg, love you friend for surprising me on my special day,’ Martin added, paying tribute to the Duchess.

Meghan Surprised Her Makeup Artist For His Birthday

If you are a fan of the Duchess of Sussex, then you already know that Daniel Martin was the one behind Meghan’s wedding look, a surprise to those who believed the rumors Meghan would be doing her own bridal makeup.

The makeup artist also helped plan her New York City’s baby shower and was one of the first to visit Harry and Meghan when they moved into Frogmore Cottage shortly before Archie’s birth.

In addition, he sparked rumours he could be one of Archie Harrison’s secret godparents when he shared photos pictures from London in the days after the baby’s christening.

The visit marked the Meghan’s first trip as a new mother away from her son, Archie, who is now four months old. She caught a last-minute flight to the US on Friday, without her husband Prince Harry, son Archie or her team of staff.

Meghan Cheers On Friend Serena Williams At U.S. Open Final

Meghan flew to attended the U.S. Open Final at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City on Saturday, to cheer on her longtime pal, Serena Williams.

She was pictured sitting in Serena’s box behind the tennis champ’s husband, Alexis Ohanian, and in front of US Vogue editor Anna Wintour.
