Prince Louis Bikes To School In New Photo Released For Third Birthday
Prince Louis is celebrating his third birthday tomorrow, and new photos of him, taken by Kate, have been released to mark the occasion.
In the photos, the youngest child of Prince William and Catherine looks completely adorable. He’s pictured arriving on a bike for his first day of nursery school.
The photographs were taken last week, by mom Kate after dropping off her boy at Willcocks Nursery School in Kensington, west London. Prince Louis is riding The Tadpole Plus balance bike in red.
The Palace wrote: “Three tomorrow! Taken earlier this week by The Duchess before he left for his first day of nursery, The Duke and Duchess are pleased to share a new image of Prince Louis. Balloon”
Royal fans were quick to send their birthday wishes. One wrote: He looks so cute. Can’t believe he’s 3 years old already and looking like he’s a fully grown adult.Happy Birthday, Lou.”
Another added: “Happy birthday Lou! Can’t believe how big he has gotten. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful picture!!”
Prince Louis’s third birthday falls at a sad time for the Royal Family who are in mourning following Prince Philip’s death on April 9. Still, he is expected to celebrate in private with his parents and older siblings Prince George, seven, and Princess Charlotte, five.
Back in 2019, Kate alongside Prince William appeared on TV chef Mary Berry’s BBC Christmas Special A Berry Royal Christmas. And in the festive show, she revealed it’s become a tradition for her to make her children’s birthday cakes.
“I love making the cake,” the Duchess shared. “It’s become a bit of a tradition that I stay up ’til midnight with ridiculous amounts of cake mix and icing. And I make far too much. But I love it.”
